What's included in the price?
We aim to be as clear as possible about the pricing structure, so as a summary our prices include:
- the holiday let fee for the chosen accommodation (holiday home)
- cleaning
- gas, electricity and water
- car parking (on-site: one vehicle in the allocated parking bay at the front of the accommodation)
- use of the basic park facilities (play grounds, bar, etc.)
PLEASE NOTE: The use of the paid park facilities are not included in our charges, family entertainment passes can be obtained from the Haven - Perran Sands Holiday Park reception.
These passes will then give you access to the pools, children's clubs and entertainment*, entertainment lounges, show bars, etc.
In addition, we are required to charge a security deposit of £100.00 that is refundable on completion of the holiday let, subject to the terms and conditions, as well as post let holiday home inspection, (also outlined in writing on your booking confirmation).
To reserve a specific date you will need to pay a small deposit** of £50.00, with the balance of the holiday paid no later then 6 weeks from the holiday start date.

Our holiday homes in Cornwall provide excellent value for money, as demonstrated by their popularity; it should be remembered that our focus is on family holidays and we do not cater for single sex groups, stag of hen parties.
The Havan - Perran Sands holiday complex is family focused with many additional facilities and entertainment activities aimed at families. Many of these require the purchase of Haven - Fun Passes that can be obtained from the Haven Reception Office in the main complex. The cost of these passes varies through the season and the entertainment is subject to change.
